Surga Ubud Retreat Center

Neighboring rice fields and a Balinese village, this retreat center is located just 15 mins from the center of Ubud.

Because of its small and intimate size, it is an ideal venue for retreat leaders that seek exclusive use of a property for their retreat.

This retreat center was created with the intention to assist teachers in sharing their gifts with others. Not only does the venue come well equipped with yoga props making it an ideal venue for Yoga Teacher Trainings, but it also caters to both vegetarian and vegan retreats.

Their kitchen is also available for cooking demonstrations.

Accommodation

There are 10 rooms, of which 9 offers twin beds. These 9 rooms can be converted into either TWIN or Matrimonial beds.

5 of these rooms are on the ground floor and an additional 5 rooms are on the 2nd floor.

Accommodation

The bedrooms are very spacious and are decorated in a minimalism style.

Rooms are designed with large windows to allow the natural light to flow in.

Rooms come equipped with an A/C, fan and their own bathrooms with a shower.

Yoga Shala

The yoga shala is located on the 2nd floor and comes fully equipped with 20 yoga mats, 20 blocks, 20 bolsters, 20 straps.

Restaurant

The open air restaurant can cater to vegetarian or Vegan retreats, making it ideal for retreat that focus on nutrition.

The kitchen can also be used by the retreat leader for cooking classes and demonstrations.

Pool & Spa

The pool is located at the center of the property and provides lounge chairs so to relax under the sun.

Spa treatments are combined by using natural and fresh ingredients. In addition, the property has a sauna, which can be combined with these treatments or used for a Detox / Cleanse retreat.

ACTIVITIES

There are several activities that may be included in your program, such as:

A Fire Ceremony, a village walk, cooking classes, cycling tours, learning about traditional Balinese offerings.

Several additional excursions may be added to your retreat because of Ubud’s central location within Bali.
